DevMarket is in private beta and is operated by Aquarius Solutions, Inc., a Delaware C-Corporation. By using this site or the gated platform you agree to the practical terms below. A full Terms of Service will replace this notice before public launch.

Beta access

Access to the gated platform is invitation-only and may be revoked at any time. The product is in active development; features may change, break, or be removed. Don’t use the beta for production-critical workloads.

Acceptable use

Use DevMarket lawfully. Do not upload malware, illegal content, or material you don’t have rights to. Do not abuse, scrape, reverse-engineer, or attempt to disrupt the service. Do not impersonate others. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these expectations.

Content you submit

You retain ownership of code, assets, and other content you submit. You grant DevMarket a non-exclusive license to host, display, and distribute your content as needed to operate the service. Sellers are responsible for ensuring they have rights to everything they list.

Payments

Payments and payouts are processed by Stripe Connect when enabled. DevMarket charges a 10% platform fee; sellers receive 90% of net proceeds. Refund policies for individual assets are disclosed at the listing level.

No warranty

The service is provided “as is” during beta. We disclaim all warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law. Our aggregate liability is limited to the amounts you have paid us in the prior twelve months, or US$100, whichever is greater.

Changes

We will update these terms as the product matures. Material changes will be communicated to active users by email at least seven days before they take effect.
