DevMarket is in private beta. This page describes our current privacy practices in plain language. A formal privacy policy will replace this notice before public launch.

What we collect

When you join the waitlist or contact us, we collect your email address and the timestamp of your submission. When you use the gated platform, we collect account information you provide (email, name) and standard server logs (IP address, user agent, request paths) for security and operational purposes.

How we use it

We use this information to operate the service, contact you about DevMarket, prevent abuse, and improve the product. We do not sell personal data. We do not use waitlist emails for unrelated marketing.

Where it lives

Account and product data is stored in managed Postgres (Neon, US region). Waitlist emails are stored in Upstash Redis. Files uploaded by sellers are stored in Cloudflare R2. Payments, when enabled, are processed by Stripe — DevMarket never sees full card details.

Your choices

Email hello@devmarket.dev at any time to access, export, or delete data we hold about you. We aim to respond within seven days.
